SHOPPING MALL ACTIVATION 

Projet

Shopping activation in Kiev presupposed both online and offline promotion of the emirate of Abu Dhabi as travel destination. The campaign has 1 month of promotion included social media advertising, venue branding and outdoor advertising to attract more visitors to Abu Dhabi Shopping days in Gulliver mall (one of the biggest and high-quality shopping malls in Kiev). The campaign was supported by Ukraine tour operator TUI Ukraine. Offline even took place on December weekend when an entertainment program was organized in the Abu Dhabi thematic section. Visitors could participate in lottery to win Abu Dhabi package and enjoy other activities (photo shooting on the background of interactive Abu Dhabi photo zones, henna lady drawing etc). In the end of the event the winner was announced.

Accomplishments

  • 67.650 people interacted with Abu Dhabi booth
  • 105.000 people visited shopping mall for day of action
  • 170 posters were placed on the shop-cases during the campaign
  • 1.056 advertisements’ pieces were played on the inner radio of Ocean Plaza
  • 14.000 booklets were distributed during the campaign
